2.2 Subscription Period

Upon enrollment in a paid account plan, you will be charged at the rate specified during the initial purchase, with charges recurring in accordance with your chosen subscription term until cancellation. Any alterations to fee structures will be communicated to you prior to processing subsequent charges. While you retain the right to cancel your subscription at any juncture, QRInsight does not typically provide refunds or credits for early termination or underutilization of QRInsight Services. QRInsight reserves the prerogative to modify, update, or terminate subscription benefits at its discretion.

2.3 Payment

You are obligated to remit payments to QRInsight according to the selected payment interval, with payments typically due immediately unless otherwise stipulated. By furnishing a saved Payment Method within your account, you explicitly authorize QRInsight (or its designated third-party payment processor) to initiate recurring charges corresponding to your subscription term. It is incumbent upon you to ensure the accuracy and completeness of your billing and contact details, with any changes to them necessitating timely updates. Failure to remit fees promptly may result in suspension, downgrade, or termination of services, with unpaid fees potentially incurring finance charges and collection expenses. QRInsight may continue to submit periodic charges until you provide affirmative cancellation of subscription services or notification of payment method modifications.

2.4 Taxes

Fees charged by QRInsight are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, or governmental levies ("Taxes") for which you assume responsibility arising from this Agreement or your utilization of the QRInsight Services. In instances where tax obligations necessitate invoicing by QRInsight, you pledge to remit payments as per the terms outlined in the invoice. Furthermore, should legal requirements mandate the deduction and withholding of taxes from payable amounts, you commit to promptly deducting and remitting the requisite taxes on behalf of QRInsight. You also undertake to furnish QRInsight with all requisite documentation to facilitate the claiming and receipt of foreign tax credits corresponding to withheld amounts.

3.1 Adherence to Usage Limits

As a user of our services, you bear certain responsibilities. Chief among these is the adherence to usage limits stipulated in your Subscription Plan. These limits are in place to ensure fair and equitable access to our platform for all users and to prevent any abuse or misuse of our services.

4.3 Trial Period

To ensure that our users have the opportunity to explore the features and functionalities of our platform fully, we may offer a Trial Period for certain services. During this period, you will have access to the full range of features and functionalities available on our platform, allowing you to evaluate its suitability for your business needs before committing to a subscription.

5.1 Use of QRInsight Services

Upon acceptance of this Agreement and payment of all applicable fees, QRInsights grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and utilize our services in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. It is imperative to adhere to these terms and refrain from accessing our services for competitive purposes or if you are a direct competitor of QRInsights

5.2 Access Credentials

QRInsights will furnish you with non-transferable access credentials to facilitate your usage of our services. You are strictly prohibited from sharing these access credentials or surpassing the user limitations associated with your purchased service tier. Additionally, you must:

Refrain from misrepresenting or masking identities during your interaction with QRInsight Services.

Ensure that usernames or custom domains do not infringe upon the rights of any third party or violate our Acceptable Use Policy.

Maintain the confidentiality and security of all access credentials provided by QRInsights.

5.3 Compliance Monitoring

Furthermore, violation of this Agreement may result in the suspension of your access to QRInsight Services or termination of this Agreement without prior notice.
